How many of you know that if your ridge tiles etc have poor mortar your insurance company may refuse any claim caused by storm damage. How many of you know the actual status of your roofs?, tiles and slates and if you have them, solar panels.
Annual or bi-annual inspections would keep you up to date with the status and keep you ahead of the game. Pro-active is always better than re-active and tends to be cheaper as well.
